Please notify us as soon as possible in writing to [email protected] if you need to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge depends on the number of days prior to your scheduled booking that we receive your written cancellation notice the prior start of your travel.

You must notify us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking and the cancellation is effective on the date we receive your notification. The following charges are applicable upon cancellation:

• Cancellation 60 days or more before the trip start date – 100% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between 59 to 31 days before the trip start date – 75% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation 30 days or less before the trip start date – the deposit is non-refundable.
• For reservations with departure dates from December 20 to January 5, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note, there be some cases, where you will forfeit more than 30% of your deposit. if we book special accommodations, activities, or other requests on your behalf. You will be notified of this in writing prior should this be the case.

Please note that the refund take from 15 to 30 days up to your country.
